Developers, Nokia Maemo with some good news today with a stattement of Nokia, it is created using the offiicial port of Qt to Maemo 5, the developers of Qt to the next possile target N900. Qt applications port can be easily ported to all platforms supported by Qt.

Applications may Maeemo, Symbisan and Windows Mobile ported. Nokia announcs that the port Qt to Meamo 5 specially for Maemo 5 Wednesday, which is the N900, and that the switch port for the upcoming Qt version 4.6 is set to 1 quarter of 2010 about the basis for dveelopment.

The port also created a community-basded Qt for Msaemo prjoect because of community contributions and improvements. Changing the port of the Commnity at the official port is required to run applications developed with Qt, so that with futture versions of Qt will be comptible.
